Dispelling the Myths on Violence Against Women and Girls.

Is imperative to actively dispel pervasive myths regarding violence against women and girls, myths that perpetuate harmful norms and shroud the subject in misplaced blame and stigma.

One such myth insists that violence, especially sexual, is precipitated by the victim's actions, attire, or presence in certain locations, thus erroneously shifting blame away from perpetrators.

We must unequivocally establish the truth that violence is never the fault of the victim, and no circumstance, attire, or location justifies it.
